When it comes to trying to convince a large global company like Coca-Cola to change its mind on a product–we know we have to work together. There is strength in numbers.
For our upcoming Valentines for TaB event, we want to be able to predict just how many people are going to send cards and letters. While that’s a difficult thing to get an official count on, one thing we can measure is how many sample card templates have been downloaded. As of the time of this post, we’ve seen over 750 card templates downloaded!
Now if even 50% of those downloaded templates are printed and mailed, that means we’re talking about our group sending 375 Valentines out to Coca-Cola (which we think is a very low number because):
- We know we can do better than that.
- The total doesn’t include handmade or store bought cards people are sending.
- It doesn’t account for people printing multiple copies out.
- We have more than a week to spread the word and get more to join us in this activity.
So what does 375 letters look like? Well the stack below is roughly 75-100. So basically four of these stacks.

Now, just imagine if we doubled or tripled our numbers? Can you imagine what a stack of 1,000 or more #SaveTaB Valentines landing on Mr. Quincey’s desk would look like?
Let’s help encourage everyone who is participating to send even one more than they planned to send to increase our numbers. And please share with anyone who can help.
We’ll share countdown reminders in the coming week. And if you’re participating by sending letters out, be sure to post and share photos on social media to help engage others to join our cause!
Awesome I will be sending out as many as I can too
